Can I specify a delivery day and time if I'm traveling?
Unfortunately, we partner with a third-party logistics’ company and due to logistics challenges, we can’t guarantee specific delivery times. We are only confident to deliver within the specified timeframe, 1 – 3 business days.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs vary based on weight, delivery method, and location. Additional charges may apply for certain situations.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we provide international shipping via DHL. Choose your country during checkout for shipping options and costs. It’s super-efficient.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary: 1-3 days within Lagos, 4-7 days outside Lagos (excluding Ibadan), and 4-7 days for international orders.
What courier company is used for delivery outside Lagos and Ibadan?
Deliveries outside Lagos and Ibadan are handled by GIG Logistics, ABC Transport and DHL.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
Once placed, orders are processed immediately, and changes/cancellations are not possible.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
Once dispatched, we can’t change the delivery address. Contact [email protected] immediately if your order hasn’t been dispatched.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number for orders outside Lagos. For Lagos orders, no tracking details are provided, but delivery occurs within 1-3 working days.
Received a damaged/faulty item. What should I do?

Do you have a walk-in store?
Yes, we have stores in Ibadan and Lagos. Visit Praise Plaza, 26 Osuntokun Avenue, Bodija, Ibadan, or 118 Ogudu Road, Lagos.
